To provide you the very best experience, we have carefully selected presentations that we believe will help you feel comfortable as a new student. Each NSO session has been prepared to address your needs/concerns.

At Texas State, we are excited to welcome over 9,000 new Bobcats each year at New Student Orientation (NSO). For your convenience we offer several NSO dates to choose from. We hope that you are excited about spending time with us on-campus and we will do all we can to help you have the best orientation experience possible.

We strongly encourage you to attend a NSO session as early as possible. Class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis; so there are definite advantages to attending an early session.
