Fall Transfer Orientation, On-Campus

Autumn view of Old Main from Spring Lake.

At Texas State, we are excited to welcome over 9,000 new Bobcats each year at New Student Orientation (NSO).

Transfer on-campus orientation is required for students who have completed 1-15 transferable hours after high school graduation

As a transfer student who has completed 16-29 hours after graduating high school, you are able to complete your orientation on-campus or online. While most students choose the on-campus option, we offer the online option for students whose schedules do not allow for an on-campus experience.

We encourage you to register for an NSO session as early as possible since seats fill up quickly.
