How to Cancel or Reschedule a Visit

Unable attend your scheduled visit?

You may cancel your visit using the account you created at and following the steps below.

  1. Log in using your email address and password.
  2. Go to “My Account.”
  3. Scroll down to "Events."
  4. Hover cursor over to the registered event until you see an “x” to the left.
  5. Click the "x" to cancel.

If you would like to reschedule for another time, click “View Upcoming Events” under the events tab in “My Account” and scroll down to choose the event, date and time most convenient for you.
