Bobcat Day Information for Large Groups
Bobcat Days are a great opportunity for your students to experience Texas State and get a glimpse of life as a Bobcat. During your day with us, your students can tour our beautiful campus, visit with faculty and advisors, tour through our Residence Halls, learn about admission policies and talk with students, administrators and student support specialists.
Due to the large crowds expected on Bobcat Day, please understand we are unable to treat your large group the same as we would on a normal business day. Once your group arrives, your students will flow into our regular crowd of visitors. As a result, you may wish to bring extra chaperones and/or give your students instruction about how they are to spend their time. We may or may not be able to accommodate your entire group in the same sessions and/or campus walks.
Whether your students are just starting their college search or are already accepted to Texas State, we would love to have them come and experience Bobcat Country!
Large Group Reservations for Bobcat Day is limited to High School and Transfer students.
During Bobcat Day we are only able to accommodate up to 50 students. We require 1 chaperone for every 10 students attending.
Please read the statements below and indicate that you understand and accept each requirement for your large group tour.
Please read the statements below and indicate that you will make your chaperones and students aware of the Code of Conduct for visiting groups, as well as the importance of upholding these standards.
