Liberal Arts Visit Day

Almost 20 percent of Texas State undergraduates are enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts, and with good reason. A liberal arts degree prepares students for the future with skills like communication, problem-solving and cross-cultural awareness that apply to a range of careers.

In a rapidly changing workplace, a liberal arts degree offers professional development and skills that will benefit you now and in the future. Find out more about Texas State’s majors and how we can open doors to exciting possibilities.

What to Expect

Liberal Arts Visit Days are uniquely designed to provide you with insight into the academic and cultural environment at Texas State. The program includes:

  • A tour of campus led by a student tour guide
  • A personalized information session with the College of Liberal Arts advisors

We anticipate resuming on-campus events on May 4. In the meantime, we will be offering online visit and event opportunities. Additional information and updates related to COVID-19 may be found on our FAQ page.
