What are three things you love about Texas State?

  1. I love that Texas State is such a diverse school. It gives every student a place where they feel comfortable and a sense of belonging both on and off campus.

  2. I love Alkek Library! I spent a lot of time here when I was a student at Texas State. Alkek has so many awesome resources and fun things to do. Even if you don’t want to study or do homework, Alkek is still a great place to hang out.

  3. I love how beautiful Texas State’s campus is. As a student, I would often take walks around campus and look at the beautiful scenery all around.

What do you like best about San Marcos?

What I like the most about San Marcos is all the delicious food options around the community! You can find tasty food options everywhere nearby such as good sushi, good breakfast tacos, and amazing coffee shops.

How would you describe the atmosphere at Texas State?

The atmosphere at Texas State is very lively. There are always events going on around campus that give students an opportunity to stop by and participate in between their classes. Student organizations are always hanging out around the quad just wanting to engage and talk to students as they walk by.
